Summary:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales support team to provide exceptional customer service
- Gather customer requirements, evaluate solutions and position and recommend technical options, drawing from both Mobius and partner company service and product offerings.
- Work with Mobius and vendor provided research and design tools to create detailed technical configurations
- Coordinate or run product demonstrations as needed.
- Contribute to the creation of statements of work and implement proposed solutions as needed
- Certify the quality of work being done by others
- Assist with the research and development of new product offerings and service offerings
- Development and mentorship of junior solution architects/system engineers. Assist them with their customer and internal administration duties as needed.
- Attend technical classes and complete assigned technical certifications
- Work closely with project manager to keep projects on scope, on time and on budget
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, engineering or comparable work experience
- 5-15 years of work experience (previous experience with a VAR a plus)
- Required work experience with some or all of the following within the past 2 years:
● HP Software - NNM, OM/OMi, BSM/BAC, BPM, RUM, Diagnostics, uCMDB, DDM, SiS, NA, SE, OO, QC, PC, LR, TD
● Cisco WAN/LAN Networking
● Cisco and/or Avaya IP Telephony
● System Administration - Windows, Red Hat, SuSE, HP-UX, AIX, Solaris
● Database Administration - Oracle 10g/11g, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, mySQL 5.x
● Microsoft SCOM, SCCM, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint Administration
● J2EE, .NET application management - Optional Certifications:
● Microsoft MCSE
● HP Server, Storage, Networking AIS/ASE
● Cisco CCNA
● Experience/certifications with competitive manufacturer’s products (ie, SolarWinds, CA Unicenter/Spectrum, EMC SMARTS/Ionix, IBM Tivoli, BMC Remedy/Patrol)
