Möbius Partners named to Hispanic Business 500 List for 3rd Consecutive Year

Möbius Partners Enterprise Solutions, a computer reseller for HP and Sun Microsystems that specializes in enterprise-level solutions, today announced it was named to the Hispanic Business 500 for the third consecutive year. The Hispanic Business 500, sponsored by Hispanic Business magazine, is an annual listing of the 500 largest Hispanic-owned companies in the United States, ranked by revenues.

Möbius Partners moved up the list significantly, from 315 to 168, placing third on the list of ten San Antonio companies to make the list. In terms of state representation, Texas ranks third on the list with 71 companies making the Hispanic Business 500. To be considered for the Hispanic Business 500, companies must show at least 51 percent ownership by U.S. Hispanic citizens and must be headquartered in the U.S. Hispanic Business research staff compiled data for the 24th annual listing of the 500 largest Hispanic-owned companies in the U.S. from forms submitted by the companies.

The annual Hispanic Business 500 directory is widely recognized as the barometer of the U.S. Hispanic Economy. Cumulative revenues for the directory totaled $34.82 billion in 2005, a 15.2 percent increase from 2004 – or four times the growth rate of the U.S. economy.
